Methods: Drug compendium IDR, was collected from the central library and lists of FDC__ampersandsignrsquo;s mentioned in the compendium was postulated and the final list was analysed according to WHO guidelines on FDC__ampersandsignrsquo;s. Results: The total number of FDC__ampersandsignrsquo;s were found to be approximately 166, maximum percentage of FDC__ampersandsignrsquo;s, out of which only 12% were rational , rest of them belonged to irrational category. Conclusion: A strict vigilant watch should be there over these FDC__ampersandsignrsquo;s running in the Indian Drug market, where these large number of FDC__ampersandsignrsquo; s are flourishing under different brand nam&#13;
