Case Report: A 45 years old female presented with a lump in the right iliac fossa. Per vaginum mass was felt through both fornices. So, transabdominal ultrasonography was done which revealed, both right and left adnexial masses measuring15x10cm and 10x8cm respectively and the provisional diagnosis was given as Bilateral ovarian neoplasm. Discission: Primary ovarian squamous cell carcinoma is a rare malignancy. The majority of cases arise most commonly from the lining of a dermoid cyst or less often in endometriosis or a Brenner tumor. The de novo occurrence of squamous cell carcinoma of the ovary, in the absence of a preexisting ovarian dermoid cyst is extremely rare. Conclusion: In our case as no primary focus of squamous cell carcinoma is elicited clinically and radiologically in any other site so a diagnosis of primary bilateral ovarian squamous cell carcinoma was considered.
